COVID 19 GUIDELINES UPDATE 2024

The Mitre House Hotel is open to travellers for both leisure and for work. 

We require each guest to provide us with a postal address, mobile number, and email upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy due to COVID-19

Please note that non-refundable bookings made after April 2021 remain non-refundable unless there is a countrywide lockdown from your travel starting point.

Standard bookings will be able to be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours prior to check-in if booked through the hotel website. If bookings are made through a third-party website please check your bookings cancellation policy.

If you have booked a non-refundable room and are unable to travel we recommend checking with your travel insurance as they may be able to reimburse you.
